Probably for markers going early, defenders being offside, blockers etc.

When Maulalo had just got the ball i his hands.
Its almost like he had something on the result.

I understand that it is said for the offside and the 40m field goal or whatever , but just the way it was said , didnt seem right at the time.
And also its the first time ive ever heard something like that come out of a refs mouth.
