I know this code doesn't get much traction here, but given everything surrounding the club right now, you have to acknowledge their performance last night. Without taking anything away from the gravity of what happened off the field—and keeping the focus firmly on those affected—it would have been incredibly easy for the team to completely fall apart. Showing that kind of grit under immense pressure goes a small way toward rebuilding some pride in the jersey.

If only we had some of it at the WT.

Couldn't agree more. They have 5 players stood down plus all the drama associated with it and still played great footy.

We have 1 player who said he leaving and our whole team falls apart. We certainly lack something.

Their fans were absolutely blindsided…went the crow a tad too early and then had their hearts ripped out…
What an amazing way to win a premiership.

Coz his problems are “ off the field” and that means he is eligible for both Brownlow ( now irrelevant) and the Swans best and fairest - both on the field awards.

So true, all for some cheap thrills that may see them end up with a criminal record.
