Tactics -v- Knights

How about that 70 meter kick from Pat to get us out of our own quarter ! Against the Raiders.
If the Knights are trying to pin us down and playing for field position just throw the ball the Pat again.
 
Knights will come out and play a very expansive high risk game, the old nothing to loose and they have strike power that given a chance and passes stick can rack up a score. I hate the word, but we have to keep to our structures and play the same game as we have over the past few weeks and not try and play a u20s style of game that is all about attack and forget the grind.

Big danger game, but I get the feeling our mob are sick of loosing and are starting to enjoy winning

We were close to a few wins then we broke the duck and we will keep rolling

It's working at the moment, but can't forget to have our forwards running onto the occasional short ball to earn them some space.
 
I got a feeling this is by no means a sure thing given our seasons disappointing home ground performances,it's important the forward do there job cause I feel our back like is looking hungry for points.

If the forwards don't go forward - you can forget it.

This will NOT be an easy game and usually the type of game we do not do well.

Hopefully they all turn up - we need the 2 and the confidence.
 
With such a young team we were always bound to be rocks and diamonds this year. The last couple of weeks we have been more diamond than rock.

I am hoping for consistency in effort both attack and defence.

If we are consistent from last week, we will get the lollies.
