Tariq Sims and Robbie Rochow

Apparenlty Sims and Rochow are being moved on by Knights.

What are your thouughts???

I'd personally go with Rochow

Sharks are apparently keen on Rochow…... Manly and Rabbits are keen on Sims with Manly favourites.

We have details at the Knights that players are being moved on.

Robbie Rochow could be on the move after rejecting Newcastle’s first offer and it looks like Cronulla might get him after missing out on Brisbane’s Matt Gillett.

The other one is Tariq Sims with Brent Read from The Australian telling the Triple M Rush Hour that a Sydney club is sniffing around.

“The word was that it was South Sydney but I’m being told it might be Manly and that Tariq Sims might actually be interested in going to Manly,” said Read, on the Triple M Rush Hour.

“Manly are playing Martin Taupau as an edge back rower and he’s not an edge back rower, he’s a middle forward

“Tariq Sims would be ideal for them”.

It’s believed Manly may have some money with Jamie Lyon leaving.

Tariq is a loose cannon. One high shot and he's gone for 6 weeks with his record.

Rochow isn't much better than what we already have.

Neither player is going to make a difference.

Pass on both. Rochow has looked like breaking out at times but would have done it by now if he was going to. Tariq Sims has no discipline and has missed more than a quarter of the last 2 seasons through suspension from memory. Neither would help.

With recruitment, you want to be recruiting off the stronger teams, to not only make your roster stronger, but the other clubs weaker. These signings would do neither.

I wouldn't mind Sims but Souths just released Grevsmuhl so they might have a crack.

One thing to consider is the player that is fodder to these two being signed at their new clubs. I wouldn't mind the club signing a Matt Prior or Jason Bukua or at Manly Blake Leary or Tom Symonds, there's no way Manly and Cronulla wouldn't be signing either without shedding someone.

All better options than these 2

Can't see Tariq going to Manly whilst Brett Stewart is there. Tariq's fiancé dated Brett Stewart and they aren't best of mates!
