Te Maire Martin

If you think the high school lineup last season was:

6\. Martin
11\. Liolevave
3\. Seve

You can see that these boys just have an outstanding understanding of each others games and if those three can stay together at the Tigers for a while they could be an unstoppable force once their bodies fill out.

Don't forget Seve was scoring at better than a try a game at the beginning of the season, but now Heleta has been playing strongly too. Martin did start slowly but has really upped his game over the past month so hopefully he continues this form.

Could be tricky for Martin with Brooks, Moses and teddy in front of him. He still needs time to develop but he could be a handy backup to those guys by the end of next season. Hopefully we can re-sign him for a few more years!

Lioloevave is like a combination of Watmough and Papalli. Not very tall but with huge leg drive and a very solid frame, but also very good ball skills!

And for that persona talking about the Warriors prop, his name is Sione Lousi and they've re-signed him for a few more years. But Keebra have another prop who was a big part of their side last year, JJ Felis, who was an unstoppable wrecking ball in attack. Like a young Fifita. he still had another year of high school though (crazy considering his size and power) but will apparently be joining us at the end of the season.

If this all reaches fruition we could have back line looking like this in a couple of years;

1\. Moses
2\. Nofoaluma
3\. Tedesco
4\. Seve
5\. Taukafa or Hoeter
6\. Martin
7\. Brooks

And a forward pack looking like this;
8\. Woods
9\. Farah/ Cherrington
10\. Taupau
11\. Liolevave
12\. Sironen
13\. Blair

And a bench of;
14\. Austin
15\. Gavet
16\. Seumanufagi
17\. Sue

Exciting times!

Why not throw simona on the wing stevied?

Also one of Nathan Brown, Fiagatusa and Matt Lodge will probably push out big Ava to be honest.

I think Austin would move on for a starting five eight position at another club.

Great to have 4 forwards on the bench.

Looking forward to the progress of Brown and Lodge.

Think I saw on the coverage of the NYC game that Martin is 18\. Does he have 1 or 2 years left in NYC? Either way, physically will be a much better prospect when its time to play firsts. Seemed incredibly strong for his modest build.

Hey, once again, you're right pHyR3 - Simona should have the the other wing spot opposite Nofo! Also, I haven't seen a lot of Lodge but, with his size and mobility + offload, he could well be there. Also, I agree Martin would still be in NYC and management might hold him back….
