This has been questioned a lot recently, with a lot of people wondering if the boys are getting along and so forth. Watching the game yesterday whenever a tiger made a mistake there was always somone there to offer some encouragement pat on the head etc. I believe that this has been the case all year. I'm not sure if anyone else noticed but when a panthers player (Chris Armit from memory) knocked on, not one panthers player, looked at him, spoke to him or went near him, I was appalled, if that was happening at the tigers I would be really worried, but the signs are very positive IMO

personally, i think its ridiculous that they give each other pats on the back and high fives when someone stuffs up… oh great knock on pal!!!

personally, i think its ridiculous that they give each other pats on the back and high fives when someone stuffs up… oh great knock on pal!!!

Its just positive reinforcement, no one makes an error intentionally, they already feel bad enough without someone like Moltzen glaring at them or shaking their head in disgust. It really annoys me about him and reminds me of a few of my sons team mates in u/9s

Fulton was there ready to go when Moltzen got hurt in a tackle yesterday....though it was no foul play, still an improvement from the saints game when Ryan was shoved and provoked unnecassarily - yet no one did a thing.
We were playing soft then, not now.

He's not scared, he managed a ripper front on tackle on Tony Williams, you dont do that if youre scared.
I think he'd make a better coach than player, he's not afraid to point out others mistakes.

i understand the concept, i just think its reached a point now where its way over the top. there's nothing wrong with a good spray from a team mate every now and then.

Yeh I agree…someone like Farah, Heighno, Ellis...someone thats earnt the respect of their team mates.

Somehow doesnt wash when a guy wont contest a bomb, then decides to give it to a mate for an error???
