Ayshy gets crap hospital balls from Marshall all day…
Squeezes Ayshford out of room then dumps him the ball to get belted in a tackle...

That's how I see it mate, as well…..God forbid Benji gets tackled

McKinnon needs some game time leading into the Finals. He simply hasn't been around the team enough to walk back in for the Finals.

If he is rested again this week, he must play against the Storm regardless if he is only at 75-80%…

I have a bad feeling about McKinnon's hamstring. He doesn't seem like a quick healer….wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't return this year...

Very VERY accurate word on the street is that Lotto Is playing needled up and has been for 4 weeks now. He is not in a good way. Fonz may now give him a spell and bring in Daniela on the right wing and change Beau to the left.

Also, they are at a loss in regards to Mckinnons injury as it is not respnding to treatment.

That's no good at all, McKinnon needs new hamstrings from the sounds of it.

The problem is that he risks further damage Watto, and it's more than likely he would damage it further. The Tigers seem to struggle dealing with hamstring injuries. The damage to Aaron Woods hamstring was not treated properly and he tore it off the bone as a result, and Mullaney re-injured his hammy at training last week.

That explains Lote's poor form.

If McKinnon is right to play this week, I would rest Lote and play Brown on Lote's wing.

A week off could recharge his batteries - he has been poor lately.

This reminds me of something funny I heard at the game yesterday - a couple of blokes were talking about some of the nothing passes Benji throws, and one go says something along the lines of "yeh mate, didn't you know that in Benji's new contract he had a clause added that said he wasn't allowed to be tackled"…

Classic.

(Mitch Brown 18th Man - Stand by for McKinnon)

We need to field our strongest and fittest side against the Eels, this is a massive game for us.
1–We can put the Eels to bed for 2010 and how sweet would that be
2--We could wrap up a home semi

Some Good observations in the Thread

Ayshford - Back rower and to slow
Brown - Doing some solid work off the ball
Galloway - Needs to fire up and bend the line more regularly

I guess we will only really know is on Sunday afternoon.

Would go with the same named side this week with Brown in for Ryan and an Akeripa or Matt Ryan to replace Daniella. The second change only because I think we are best served with Geoff keeping match fitness up

i heard Tim Sheens say on the radio last week that if mckinnon wasnt ready to play agaisnt penrith he would be right to play against the eels. But that was last thursday i think, so things could have changed.

I think Brown deserves to keep his spot. Even if Mckinnon is available with his injury there's no telling he will be able to make it all the way through the finals series if we make it deep. Best him to steal him up now so come finals he's completely comfortable in the role.
