I know induced coma sounds bad, but they would've induced coma to allow him to be ventillated due to swelling around his airways.
Induced coma just means they've put him to sleep.

I get that - mum career nurse, I basically lived in hunters hill hospital and Rachel Forster Hospital when I was sick. Sitting in the surgery observation rooms was always fun haha.

It was more a comment that the HIA doctor didn't see anything and a swipe at them for putting injured players back on

I don't mind this but in the past Madge has been inclined to stick after a win. I think he's more likely to start Simpkin at 9, Mbye at 1 and bring Cini off the bench.

I do think Simpkin would be more effective off the bench though - his lack of match fitness will show if he starts. Of course we have the same issue with Cini at fullback, lack of match miles.

TT may have earned himself a reprieve, I had the feeling JTJ might be back against Cowboys.

If TT is Talou then he is out with injury (eye socket).
But I hope your right and I hope they bring Cini back and I hope they bring him off the bench.

Why?

So he doesn't get targeted. Teams are trying to win and if they see Cini at 1, they will throw what they can at him. He hasn't had a coach go through his games and work out the 1% the little things that need to improve.
It's not the 80's anymore. Players can't be weak in a part of their game and not get targeted heavily.

Cini will be in our back line one year. But he needs more time. Put him at 17, give him a small run and he will come in with energy and the opposition won't have a gameplan "target Cini".
