Here’s a thought. Let’s play Nofa at centre and Talua on the wing. Taller finisher on the wing. He doesn’t have to think about anything other than catching a ball and running and for Nofa, he can still take his scoots on his side of the field but in defence he doesn’t have to rely on his speed to double back and get to the winger.
Might see him rush up and pressure a fullback or centre as we know he likes rushing up.
They say centre is one of the hardest to defend at but for me Tommy T struggles defending in the centre’s and is a much better defender on the wing.
Not 100% convinced with this but we are stuck with him for 4 years and we only have 1 genuine centre coming next year.

I’ve never complained with Talau on the wing. His decent. If we were to replace him I’d be happy to try Jet or Cini.
I feel we just need to get Nofo out of standing always in no mans land, feeling like his got to defend everything.
If his in the middle of the play, his sliding, holding and rushing which is everything he does on the wing it’s just the pass always beats him. If it’s defending the man and not the pass he might have more of a chance.

Talau is copping a lot of crap and probably deservedly so ....

But our halves have got to learn it isn't how fast a pass gets to a player ...it's where you put that ball ...the idea is putting the ball in the hole you are running at ...not hitting the player before he hits the hole

Warriors skipper Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has announced he will finish his career at the club this week to enable him to return home before the New Zealand government's COVID-19 travel bubble with Australia is paused for at least eight weeks.

He will leave the club's South-East Queensland base on Thursday.

I dont think daine is slow at all...... he is faster then a majorty of the fullbacks in the game atm imo
