Hi Spart...I have been busy with work and haven't been on the site much of late...
The only thing I will say is this,Benji will be a great coach,he really needs to realise that his depth needs to be almost on par with his top 17,otherwise we will be also rans for years to come..I understand that the cap has heaps to do with this call but we need people who can compete as best as the top players out when replaced..
Many years ago when I played,you stepped up to the plate but also realised the difference between First grade and reserves...these days it's different as far as wages and ability goes.
Your squad should be very,very close to being competitive whether in cup or NRL team..
I'm an old school type of bloke,but if you are getting a good amount of money win,lose or draw,then you need to face up...our depth is crap and Benji has to rectify this asap before we start to languish in the bottom 4 for years to come..just my rant but disappointment has me thinking like this ..cheers guys love you all..

He's probably thinking that Luke L is going to the Bears next year and Maka has signed on long-term, so you have to get the kid experienced.

so why are we wasting time with seyfarth,toa and hunt why not get some young forwards in since none of them will be at the club next year ????

You are absolutely right. At this stage, Laulilii is the far better NRL winger and should not have been dropped. Other than prowess under the high ball, he is miles ahead of Tavana too.

Taylan May back so early worries me. He is being held together by sticky tape at the moment. But I have that much faith in him that I will be trading him into my supercoach team for the third time this season (third time's the charm!).

The less said about the bench the better.

Probably because we have no one else of NRL experience who can fill those positions, whereas on the wing we have.

probably because milky Jenkins ran around tavana like 7 times
tavana from the sharks game and penrith game is a deadset liability in defence

Yeah I can't see it though. Andrews has played all left side half in Cup & trials this season and Luai is a left side half. No way they throw Andrews in on the right side. So only possibility is if Luai moves to right side - can't remember last time he played there.

Klein in the bunker actually worked well for us against Canterbury. I prefer him in the bunker than on field. Just glad we got a lesser name ref on the field for once. Less likely to try to assert their authority by blowing a thousand 6 agains.

I just remembered how slow latu is passing the ball at dummy half. Api does it in one motion, latu's process is staggered. If we are to win, he needs to be better at this.
