Ted's critics

Where are they? he's been killing it for the last month and was about our best again tonight.

Going to finally give the kid some credit or what?

I dont like using this line but anybody who has criticised Teddy this year knows less about football than my 3 year old daughter.

He has been good all year and great the last month. Good is fine for a guy coming back from one of thhe toughest injuries in the game.

All gone into hiding.

Always been a staunch supporter, new he'd come good. But wasn't sure if it'd be the end of this season or next. I was leaning to 2014 a bit more cause i figured he'd need a month or two to fully recover and undergo some more rehab.

Actually many of us (including myself) came out and admitted we were wrong last week.

Just saying..

Yep, I was a little critical whether he was ready now but I'm happy to wipe the egg completely off my face!!!!! He has been tremendous and is all heart and soul and one heck of a footballer. If he stays injury free he will be a future captain. Well done teddy and thanks for playing with such commitment and through the pain

I was a critic and now I've changed sides. Because he's gotten better? I'm only critical of under performers and he was one for a while but now he's killing it and I won't hear a bad word against him.

20 years old coming back from a knee reco. I can't wait to see how he plays with another full off season under his belt.

Give yourself an uppercut you idiots. His game has improved out of sight and everyone who thought he was struggling early on in the year have acknowledged his play since he has felt comfortable being a first grader and are along for the ride. He is no longer slipping over, he is busting tackles and is backing up in the middle. 3 things he wasnt doing back then.

No-one wants bad for the kid. We are all happy he is playing well. I would suggest Southern, that those praising him at the start of the year know less than your daughter. Wake up to yourself.

I always wanted to leave it a full year without injury before I made my mind up. Up until a month ago I wasn't very confident of his ability but I am impressed.

Makes all the excuses peddled out for that metal skulled mongoloid Moltzen 18 months after a reco seem pretty hollow seeing Teddy this season

Why don't you give yourself an uppercut Stryker? It seems all you do is reply to posts with abuse.

What did you expect? The thread was belligerent to start with.

As acacadoontoast said, this is a troll thread if ever I saw one. Not as pathetically childish as the one you created though shane.

Anyway, bat on…..

I agree 100% . He will be better injury free a full offseason. All those critics can go eat a fat one

Seems most fans forget, that technically this is Tedesco's first NRL season. Getting injured in Round 1 and just now getting a full season out. He has come leaps and bounds and will only get better next year.

Can't doubt his talent because he is willing to get dirty and rip in. He will be in Hodgson's class in no time

I didn't mind people having a go at him for the problem with his footing, but when his positioning or backing up was brought to question it really annoyed me as he is up with most despite his tender age.

For the first half of the season he was the best we have had at fullback since Hodgson, and now that he has that extra half a yard of pace back he is really showing some great form.

Agree I was a bit iffy about teddy but always thought he was the man for the job. Said it before and say it again FINALLY A SAFE UNDER THE HIGH BALL FULLBACK. I don't shit myself when the ball goes up anymore haha.
