OFFICIAL Terrell May #296

No one can deny Terrell has the stats of a good player, just want him to run like a tiger not a pussy-cat.

Stop being the marathon man and just run hard and straight, not asking for him to put away the passing game, just wait till you punch through the line.

The whole world knows he's going to meet the line and turn his back, it's not shock value to the defense anymore.

He was overhyped, now he’s over bagged.

May is one of the better workhorse front rowers in the game, he’s a play 2 prop, not the impact guy.

Based on that we probably overpaid him because the best props are the impact fast play the ball types.

Find the play 1 prop and suddenly Terrell looks a lot better. My biggest issue with him is him trying to ball play instead of running straight and him getting in the way in the red zone.

All our forwards have too many touches in the red zone. That’s what happens when you lack a halfback who is taking control of the side in good ball.

I think he does a good job , yes turns his back but what is really needed is another prop beside him that adds the sting and mongrel we lack , JFH , Type or Leota , that would be a very good combo , pole goes ok but in small doses that’s why he is good off bench , him and Hunt , we need support for May on field big minutes

Each to their own man, I'd prefer he starts eating raw meat and charging at the opposition like a wild buffalo for reduced minutes then replaced with another big, ugly battering ram.

Keep the pressure up on the opposition for longer, soft runs won't get it done.

I think Terrel's a lot like many of our players - playing injured.

Having said that, the front rower of 2026 is a different creature to those of days gone. Forgetting rule changes, toughness is not the same. Where is the hard man anymore?
