Last week-end I sent an e-mail to wests-tigers, informing them of my mum's 80th birthday on fri 26/3/10.

i requested if possible a phone call from one of the coaching staff, to ring her today 25th wishing her a happy birthday for tommorrow.

Nick Hurley, the Community Liason officer replied and asked me to inform him of mum's favourite player.

As a result of that, much to mum's delight and shock , Beau Ryan rang her today about 9.30am to wish her a happy 80 th birthday for tomorrow. :wahoo: they had a chat for about 10 min.

WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TO WESTS-TIGERS, NICK AND BEAU FOR ORGANISING THE PHONE CALL .

THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR DOING THIS, IT WILL BE A MEMORY THAT MUM WILL CHEIRSH FOREVER.

That is what this club is all about! Following numerous things they've done for the fans, including that brilliant host Lote's welcoming party competition, they've certainly proven to us that this club are prepared to go that extra mile for it's fans. Well done Tigers!

Fantastic stuff from the club and Beau, that's why everyone's second side is the Tigers, we just have to work on those other people, my mum is turning 75 and I wish she followed footy if this is the sort of response you get!.
