Just on my rant lets see how the refs treat us on Sunday with this sudden lovefest for Parra - i bet we get hammered.

Well I did post this earlier in the week. The NRL has become so predictable. It's hardly worth watching anymore.
Predictable? Really? How's your tipping going? 3 of last years bottom 4 are currently in the Top 6\. No repeat premiers in 25 seasons.
I understand your concerns yesterday, I thought it was poorly reffed. But if you really think the comp is rigged, you need to take your tinfoil hat off.
Imagine actually trying to rig a comp like this, the logistics of it, the unknowns, how many people you'd have to have in on the rort. This isn't penalty kicks for first points or no-balls in an over, you are talking pulling the strings over 24 rounds of tackle football, navigating injuries, weather, 17 players per side, heavy fan and media scrutiny, armed only with your scheduling and perhaps some ability to nudge refs to make vital calls at vital times, but not too obviously so as to not get found out.
Then imagine actually managing to do all of that and get away with it. And for what purpose? To deny the Tigers a premiership and instead install Parramatta? For a conspiracy that's a good one, allow Parra to lose 6 straight games and then somehow swing the comp so that they "fairytale" their way back into winning. Sounds like 2009 all over again, except wait Parra didn't win that year.
