First time in years since I've watched the first 3 shows, seems to be more footy talk and less crap. Agree with Centaur, the crap at the end needs to go.

But yeh, that script play thing needs to go, lucky they left it at the end otherwise I wouldve switched off earlier.

The show seems to be getting better and finding the right balance now.

One thing I have a gripe about is the ad for the footy show where it makes out they had AC/DC on the show when it was a bloody cover band, and not a very good one at that!

Gould is pretty much always on the money for mine, problem was he could have easily been talking about himself.

How can Gus Gould say that the NRL coaches don't know how much their players are being paid? They would have to know how much the salary cap is and how much the players in the squad are earning otherwise they can't organise or plan the squads properly. The coaches are the ones who choose what players to sign.

i think its more like they make reccomendations on who to sign and then the recruitment manager goes out and sees if they are able to fit them in the cap i think the coaches have more to worry about then the admin side of things but it just depends on how much the coach wants to be involved

I think Bellamy might have known that they were over the salary cap because why wouldn't he say that he didn't know. I saw him on tv and he wouldn't say if he knew or not.
