Our Achilles Heal. Why it won't go too well this year.

1. No established coach.
2. No proven centres. Aside from the fact our wingers are bigger than our centres.
3. Muscle memory - i.e defense and lack thereof.
4. Luai's mental frame of mind once he realizes he is not in Kansas anymore without mentioning the part the media will play if there is little change in the team exacerbating his get out clauses and Galvin's next contract.

The good news is. A pound of concrete has been ordered for delivery to the Centre of Excellence accompanied with 49 silver tea spoons. In the box also comes instructions for the players. Take the teaspoon - gather a little concrete on it, add a few drops of water. Make sure the mixture is fluid like - smoothy in nature - then swallow. This is to be done as many times as required till the subject has hardened the Farch up.

We haven't even played a game and you're already predicting our demise.

Every squad has a weakness. I think the bench is a weakness for a lot of teams and will be the point of difference for us this year. I also think with Luai being the dominant halfback we will win more close games this season, which will help our cause for making the 8.

See what I'm doing AHX. For every negative you give me, I can give a positive. You want the player's to have a positive mindset, we should expect the same from the supporter base.

Losing is not in our DNA anymore, Luai from the panthers, terrell from the roosters and hunt from the sharks, all good systems.

I’m impressed.
1. I’m not convinced about Benji as a coach either, but there are plenty worse than him.
If we don’t have our key players missing too many games from injuries, I think we make the top 8 regardless of who is coaching.
It could be worse we could have Trent Robinson, he would put people at a rave to sleep once he starts talking.
2. No proven centres is a worthy call and it certainly could be a problem. I’m more confident than most that Doueihi and To’a can rediscover their best this season, I’ve stated quite a few times that I believe Latu Fainu could potentially be a success as a centre and I’ve got a feeling Taylan May lands with us if he is found not guilty in his upcoming court case. If that all eventuates, we could be much better in the centres than many are anticipating.
3. You are on the money when saying our defence is a major concern. My theory is and always has been that a quality attack eliminates the defensive pressure and creates a better defensive mindset with players believing they will be rewarded with points down the other end when defending strongly and resiliently. So hoping if my theory is in any way correct, our defence will be much improved in 2025.
4. Again you are spot on the money when saying Luai’s form and whether or not he can maintain his positive upbeat approach if/when we are struggling will be the vital ingredient to how successful we are throughout the season.

I am very big on a cup of harden up - but I think some of our players have already indulged.

1. Yes, but showing poisitve improvement so far this year.
2. We have proven centres - some proven good others average, some can tackle some are a bit like turnstyles - but their good and bad aspects are well proven.
3. No need for muscle memory as we have unveilled a new, and more difficult, defence. We just need to execute it and improve on our cover.
4. Luai came here for the mental challenge as much as the physical. I'm backing him at the moment.

I'm not convinced that 2025 is the year we give the ocmpetition a real shake; but I am convinced it is the transition year we have been waiting so long for.

Who are you and what have you done with the real AHX?

Luai is a winner.

Luai said i only know how to win. The thing is Demps - its not gonna happen here week to week. What will he done then? Don't get me wrong. Atm he is a winner. But he only knows how to win. Wests Tigers are not Penrith. Its a different mindset and a whole new ball game.

Who is Benji better than? Or who are the coaches plenty worse than him? P.s. you dont write so bad yourself.
