The two biggest excuses 'debunked'...

Last night has officially ended the case for the two biggest excuses in Tigertown.

**Excuse One: Luke Brooks would be a different player behind a dominant pack**

Well, last night our pack dominated and Luke came up with the most clueless, uncontrolled, must win game of his career.

Stef 166
Joff 146
Twal 141
The backrowers combined for 200 plus

The platform was laid...and Brooksy failed. Badly. Yet again.

**Excuse number two: Madge does not have the roster he needs.**

Well, people can debate the roster all they like...but they CAN'T debate last night. Last night Madge had, by far, the superior roster. The Warriors were depleted, had lost for two months straight, and conceded 60 recently...and lost their front row...and their best player / captain.

Madge had a vastly better roster last night, but was completely clueless as to how to react when things went wrong / no adjustments yet again / outcoached by a very poor opponent. Once again, in a must win / big game Madge failed to get them to play for 80. He had, by far, the better roster last night. No excuses. None.

We can go back and forth on here and I myself have changed my opinion on Brooksy and Madge multiple times. But the debating is over. Massive must win game...dominant pack...vastly superior roster...

**And they both failed.**

It is over.

Crack the bottle of champers and bring in the nibbles....the conversation just goes round and round....I dont know if its the champers or the conversation but Im getting dizzy...

AGREE THAT SOME hate Madge, some hate the players, some hate the CEO,some hate the club....

Myself I get sick of having an opinion on this team and when I think I have found out why we are going wrong, something else comes out to astound me even further....

I hate myself today...for continuing to support this team.
It's hard because I still love this basketcase club but it feels like I'm in some sort of toxic relationship where I know I deserve better....oh well until next week.

There is just nothing left after last night. Not a single excuse left for both of them.

We need to move on as a club.

In horse racing terms...you see owners who put their horses in G1s and G2s and keep on making excuses why their horse runs 9th or 10th.

Then, one day, they drop the horse down to an open class race...get a perfect track...every single thing in their favour.

And the horse fails to win again.

And everyone just knows it is over.

That is us.

I agree Lauren...but support also means constructive criticism.

As a fan base, we need to be mature enough to accept we have the wrong coach and half back.

And we also need to be demanding enough that the club fixes both problems.

We won't go anywhere until we do.

Lauren,I have been in a toxic relationship.....at least if you were to leave the WTs the memories would haunt you forever...leaving a toxic relationship can be difficult and down right dangerous at times.....stick to the Tiges mate...better times ahead....when,, I dont know,I love self abuse thats why I love the Tigers...

Take care.

You reckon we had a better team on paper? I sure didn't. Forwards are even, their bench was far superior, backs were pretty even too.

Just shows the lack of quality in our squad when the warriors backups can dominate our first choice players

Need to go private. Sell the club, turn it into an accountable organisation with kpi structures in place from the top down.

All they care about is making a profit .
Rot starts at the top !
