There Has To Be A Story

We have to make the finals because without the Wests Tigers there the whole finals series would be cut and dried and boring. No one wants a finals series that is boring and void of any possible fairytale ending. Look at the interest that was created by the Cowboys 'against all odds' stance last year. Yes, there definitely has to be an interesting story for the finals series and this season we are that story.

Dirty, stinking, filthy, cheating broncos would be 6 points adrift of the top 8 if they were reffed fairly.

Yeah well that there would be a story all in itself, considering the NRL's concerted effort to get the Broncos over the line this season. It's hard to believe they are still on shaky ground despite all the leg ups they've had. Just goes to show that they are not really all that crash hot this year.

I know what you mean about there having to be a Qld team in there. It's a shame the Donkeys are the only ones we can realistically knock out now, it makes it that little bit harder. Still I'm prepared to dream.

Should be called the 3rd party premier league, every year its the same teams competing for the title every year with a couple of mystery teams thrown in to challenge the money giants.
If there is to be a story created by the NRL this year it will be the Toothless bunnies playing the sole less Rorters… oh when Souths are going well the games going well and all that BS .
Trouble with us we support the team even though we never contend for a title and the TV ratings are always high, as such we will never recieve any leg ups.
