Tigers are a Train Wreck. Where to Now?

Coach Tim Sheens has lost the plot.
The players have no idea how to play against quality opposition.
There are so many clearly identifiable deficiencies in team preparation, selection & performance that it is impossible to detail them all here.
Sheens must be sacked ASAP & CEO Stephen Humphreys & the Board must hire the best available coach.
If these steps are not taken soon then we can expect declining sponsorship, membership, crowds & difficulty in attracting new quality players.
Yes, the present situation is dire but if we take the right steps & make some tough decisions together we will come through as a successful team to be feared again.

a different coaching style.
if we had hasler we'd be a different team.
i can see us going after kearney, who unfortunately is very similar to sheens in structure, which clearly isnt working for us.

Kearney is nothing like Sheens, that's why Parramatta couldn't handle him, because he is a "my way or the highway" type coach who doesn't take crap from the players. Kearney would be great for us if we stuck by him. He certainly doesn't sit back and watch players underperform all season without reprimanding them. You can bet if he was our coach Blair would have been dropped at some stage this year and so would have Moltzen and probably Lawrence and Ayshford too and we damn sure would have seen the likes of Koroibete earlier in the season and probably even Miller, Noffa and Chisholm would have featured too.

We have to bring in a coach that is up to date with the modern game. Hasler,Toovey,Maguire and Bellyache all base they games on defense and power. They play hard and fast.

Agree and disagree Mac

Kearney would be good for us , but he wouldn't have to drop Blair

He would use him the right way and get the best out of him

kearney is crap he never dropped one parra player, some people on here dont watch games or have there heads stuck in the sand.

Kearney is the worst coach ever. Sheens now is a million times better than Kearney. Does anyone actually watch parramatta?

He dropped Sandow and Burt? Not sure where you get your info…...It is fine to argue a point but don't misrepresent the facts.
