It is not really fair on him, but Potter has completely lost the dressing room.

When that happens, there is no real turning back. He lacks any tactical guile and he players obviously dont respect him or listen. Not fair, but these things only ever end one way.

To me it seems more like that players that have been asked to look elsewhere (Ayshford, Lawrence, Anasta) and players that have decided to take their ball and go home (Marshall) aren't trying. The rest of the team looks like they care.
