Not expecting Lawrence to play, but interested in the fact that the centres were swapped back this week? Lulia was outside Lawrence and I think that played a big part in a few of his tries - the tip on for one and the lines by Rowdy drawing in the winger.
Would be a bit confusing if they're all fit to swap it over after we had that much success?

it's been a wierd off late. we keep having injuries in the backline so hard to form a good combo.

from what i can tell, lawrence started on the left and tim on the right. then, potter thought of switching it over and many here thought would be a good move (including me) but that didnt last long as simona got injured. lawrence went back to left. now that simona is back, lawrence has gone to the right according to the earlier experiment and it's worked so far.

simona on the left and lawrence on the right is a good move imo. siro and lawrence run similar lines

Rowdy would have to be at long odds to play. Buggered if I would throw Halatau in the centres, I would like to see Hoeter given a run but salary cap may prevent it. Otherwise the team looks solid.

Have to agree with the consensus of if/when Lawrence is ruled out, Bodene will be moved to the centres with Halatau or maybe Sue to 2nd row.

This is mainly because our options are limited with our 2nd tier cap.

Lulia's performance reminded me alot of geoff daniella getting that hat trick against warriors, cant remember which year that was, great game. Lulia's finishes were pretty good though. Hope he can keep that up.

This will be our backline till the end of the season. Teddy, noffa and Anasta all out for the season. Unless, Anasta makes a miracle recovery in the finals should we make it.

With so many injuries to the backline, Potter must be giving the players till the 11th hour to see who is fit enough to play. Moses /Richards (groin) and Lawrence (ankle) would all be in doubt. Guessing by the way they finished the game on Sunday, I'd say Moses may bounce back but the other two looked likely to miss a week or two.
I can't get my head around the whole 2nd tier cap thing. It seem a little ridiculous we can't just pick a winger or centre from our reserve grade side. It's not as if we are harbouring a second team of superstars or paying massive "overs".. Richards needs time to shake that groin injury but it seems like we can't replace him because Lawrence, Nofoaluma, Rowe, Teddy, Moltzen are injured and Koro and Mr T have left.
Same thing happened last year. Only this year it's the backs and last year it was the forwards.

It'll be a pisser for Sue if Lawrence ends up being fit and they run out 1-17\. Halatau has done nothing to justify selection over him.
