There is no way he should get the full payout, and expect to work somewhere else. If he wants his full contract despite not having worked for the last 2 years of it, he should be forced to sit out and do nothing.

However if he wants to work in rugby league (outside of the Roos job), he should accept a revised amount.

Its funny how Tim never had an issue telling a player they weren't part of the clubs future plans mid contract…...

he hasn't done anything this year and doesn't have anything in the pipeline next year either.

Surely the club can use 'insanity' as grounds for his sacking. No one in the right frame of mind would consistently play Lawrence at 6, Benji at 7, and use nine halves combinations in a season.

Sheens broke his side of the contract. It was false advertising. He claimed he was a responsible coach!

They want an early resolution and have stopped paying Sheenius to force it to mediation

The Tigers or Sheens won't want this this to go to court so expect to see this settled out of court once Sheens obligations at the World Cup are over

Mayer had mentioned this in an interview he gave earlier this year and there was a thread all about it

I'm angry about how sheens was punted .I'm angry how the club caved to player power in 2012, and i'm angry that the fans never got to say goodbye and thank you to Sheens, (and vice versa).

The decision to hire Tim Sheens and lock him in to a three year deal was a decision made by the Board of the Wests Tigers. Stephen Humphreys was never on the Wests Tigers Board of Directors.

The decision to hire Tim Sheens and lock him in to a three year deal was a decision made by the Board of the Wests Tigers. Stephen Humphreys was never on the Wests Tigers Board of Directors.

The wests side wanted him gone then Balmain side wanted to resign him.Who do you think was pulling all the strings to our puppet board members on the balmain side.I clearly know the true workings a lot better than you pal.For you sir please read.
