its thursday afternoon, and no word on any of the potential changes that the squad will be making for years to come. it won't be happening this week, with the team getting ready to fly to NZ (you would think).
lets forget about them for a minute, coz we have 2 points to play for.
the warriors have been on fire, until last week. they will be wanting to bounce back, no one likes losing 2 on the trot. their defence has been outstanding, they are big and muscle up. they don't give you an inch. they have one of the best wingers in the world who can score from anywhere. they are playing at home, in what is one of the hardest road trips in the NRL. they are heavey heavy favourites.
the tigers have been a rabble, both on and off the field. players are coming and going next season, and the players have been playing like there are other things on their mind. there probably is. they can't hold onto the footy, they are playing without direction. they are playing like a side lacking confidence, lacking trust, and lacking faith in each other.
sounds like the makings of an upset to me.
Fire up boys, and Fire up fans.
i don't give a hoot who your favourite player is, or if u bleed orange and black or black and white, and don't wanna see your favourite tiger magpie be sold to another club. we can worry about who will be playing for us in 2012 in the first week in october. we have a competition to win in 2011, so quit your whinging about Sheens, stop whinging about Humphreys, stop whinging about letting local juniors go. WE ARE WESTS TIGERS, we are a joint venture, and we have a game to win.
lets smash those warriors :sign:
