Time to give Woodsy and Teddy a break

He will never openly admit it, but I reckon deep down Woods regrets his decision to leave…the Bull dogs are in a worse situation club wise than us...will be interesting to see how his career pans out over the next 4 years....Teddy on the other hand, can't wait to move on...

Of course Woods regrets it. He thought he was heading to a club who he thought were morals for the 8\. Instead, he'll be in the same place next year with the Dogs that he's been with us the last 3 years. Cap problems, not knowing whose going to be the coach etc. I gaurantee that if the Dogs finished in the 8, we would not have seen the amount of backside kissing from him towards the club and Cleary, he would have maintained the same level of apathy. Him talking us up in the last couple of months is the regret talking. But that's his problem. Bring on Packerlino.

Something else that would be weighing on his mind is the fact Graham was shown the door. I think he would have been looking forward to playing with Graham, and there was word floating around that one of the conditions of him signing with the Dogs was that Graham would be there. Maybe he's already feeling disalusioned with his new club and it has made him realise its better the devil you know. He probably thought they would let Tolman go which could explain his comment to Tolman after we played them.

lol I forgot about that. Didn't he say to Aiden Tolman something like 'You're in my jersey'.
That'll go down well in pre-season training as they are now side by side and expected to work together.

Best thing, as of today he is no longer our captain.

Sharon's state of origin career is likely over too. He'll be cleaned out along with fergo, Dugan, Pearce, hayne, fifita and Morris.
Woodsy's in for a tough 2018.

Thanks to Woodside for trying to carry our popgun pack over the last few seasons, and for
Still turning up and putting in the effort right to the end of the seasonAs well as the MOM award in your last game.

Thanks to teddy for the opportunity see such a talent since you came into first grade. Hope you go even better for the Chooks.
You've been one of the few bright spots in seasons where there hasn't been many at all doing likewise

I agree. Both Woods and Teddy did bleed for us. No I don't like that either of you are going, yes you could have handled the media better. But on the field you still performed, still turned up.

Yea, they are out of the tiger life. But I wish them both well. I wish too that we would focus on our next years team. There is one thing worse then dreaming of 2005 and that is talking of the three players that went elsewhere. The best revenge is a good season next year.

If you are angry at Woods performance as Captain, be angry at who made him Captain.

Your last line said it perfectly. And While he's not one of the great Captains, our new Coach ,who so far seems to be doing ok, had the chance to change the Captain but kept him.

You hope Tedesco goes even better for the Chooks? What is wrong with you people? I hope Tedesco gets a not overly painful but season-ending injury in Round 1\. Anything else comes at the expense of the fortunes of the Tigers and I can't accept or well-wish that.

Where did this supposed jibe from Woods to Tolman surface from…....Telegraph? Mole? It just sounds like media beat-up to me to once more take a swipe at our club and players. Haven't heard anything about this Woods to Tolman quip before.

Yep. I said earlier that some posters on here are obviously not fans of the club and in fact appear to want the club to fail.

Geez , There are some small minds here. I hope he brains it in general, especially Origin.
Unlike you Earl, I love the game as well as follow a team .
Tedesco is one of the most exciting players that I've seen in a long time , especially here.

Unlike you , I like to watch the best playing at their best,
We may get to see just how much better Ted can play when he gets some assistance from the players around him.
I'd be happy to see him a bit off his best when he plays against us, but on any other occasion, I can't wait to see Just how good he really is.
I would have thought that you would be able to realise that is what I meant.
I'm sorry I overestimated your comprehension
, il write in smaller words next time. Grow up!!

GCT - I've grown up a long time ago. I also support the Tigers. I suggest you go and support another club because your constant whining about how bad our club is and how great the players who have dogged us are is getting old.
