Todd Payten names NYC team

Wests Tigers Holden Cup Coach Todd Payten has named his side to play Canberra Raiders at Campbelltown Sports Stadium on Saturday, June 22.

The Raiders sit on top of the competition with Wests Tigers in sixth spot. Wests Tigers go into the game on the back of a strong win over Brisbane last night.

1.15pm: Gates open
1.15pm: Ron Massey Cup: Wests Magpies v Auburn Warriors
3.10pm: NSW Cup: Wests Tigers v Auckland Vulcans
5.15pm: Holden Cup: Wests Tigers v Canberra Raiders
7.30pm: NRL: Wests Tigers v Canberra Raiders

I thought Santi and Lovett were supposed to be having a few games in the NSW Cup to get experience playing against some hard-heads? Those 2 definitely stand out in the NYC and should be making the step up.
 
The Panthers game really exposed how much this team needs and relies on Santi and Lovett each week! So lining up against the team that heads the top of the table, I'm not surprised these boys are playing NYC this week!

I think Nathan Brown comes back next week so they might shift them up to NSW Cup next week?…....

Brown is listed on the bench today. Canberra will be tough to beat, they've got size and speed across the park.
