Top 4?

getting beat by crap teams has cost us a top 4 place, in fact I HATE games like the next 4 games where we are expected to win

this, the guys need to go in with the same attitude they've had against Manly and the Dragons, defend well and treat the opposition with some respect

Using the ladder predictor i found that we can mathematically still finish 2nd.

awesome !! … the dragqueens wheels are getting wobbly and the there is a definite tightening of the neck muscles. warriors and cowboys have not got me convinced at all and the scum from the peninsular have only one bash and barge way to play each game.

ps; storm have not any key injuries yet either

With Lawrence, I would've said yes. Without him, I'm not so sure. That said, I'm not sold on the Cowboys as real premiership contender yet, even with Thurston and Scott back. I reckon they might take a bit of a slide down the ladder during the next few weeks and if we can win even just 3 of our last 4 then I guess anything is possible :sign:

Given the Bronco's result tonight 34pts will be enough for fourth I think, although our differential won't help and we could end up with 2 - 3 teams on that?

**Dragons**
Roosters (A)
Storm (A)
Warriors (H)
Panthers (H)

Need 3/4 to hit 35pts, can't see them doing it tbh. I think they will definitely drop 2 games, leaving them with 33pts, outside the 4\. In fact, I would be very surprised if they made the 4.

**Cowboys**
Broncos (H)
Rabbits (A)
Sharks (H)
Warriors (A)

Need 2/4, should probably get it… but who knows. If they loose to the Rabbits assuming the Broncos is chalked up as a loss, the pressure will be on.

**Warriors**
Knights (H)
Panthers (A)
Dragons (A)
Cowboys (H)

Need 3/4, definitely doable, but if the Knights manage an upset next week, they'll do it tough.

i can see this happening…

1\. Storm
2\. Broncos
3\. Eagles
4\. Tigers
5\. Cows
6\. Dragons
7\. Warriors
8\. Knights

Final 1: TIgers smash Cowboys
Final 2: Tigers upset Broncos
Final 3: Tigers smash Dragons
Grand final: Tigers annihilate Cowboys.

notice something?

Cowboys v Broncos game crucial ,Melbourne v Saints game crucial , Newcastle v Warriors game crucial and the Warriors v Dragons game also . How the top 6 pans out will revolve around these games Especially if we win last 4 games

Well stupid Knights are flogging faders getting and F and A up even more now thats 4 in a row we have won and still sitting at 8th place grrrr if only we beat some of the rubbish teams.

cowboys were very average last night and may drop another 1-2\. Warriors and Knights i am not sold on. Much may depend on how the Saints fare the next 4 weeks. We are a definite chance and I reckon it provides great incentive to finish off the year well.

But in reality unless you finish in the top 2 and get a week off there is not much difference between 3-7.

Great work K, I agree Happy assuming that the Tigers win 4/4.

Lawrence out, Utai and Lote still injured = Backline lacking strike power at the mo.

**Tigers**
Panthers (A) -
Eeels (H) -
Titans (H) -
Shatks (A) -

Weight of expectation is high, we should end the season on 34pts (Same as last year)

Last year in 2010
3rd Wests Tigers 34
Wins 5
Draws 0
Losses 9
Points for 537
points Against 503 - F/A +34

Ok….
So 3 to go now... we _SHOULD_ win them, and comfortably imo.

Knights going down is good, because I think they have the second easiest run home, behind us. (Souths, Broncos, Dogs)... They should chalk up wins against Souths and Dogs imo

Looking at the Warriors, will do well imo to get 2/3\. The clash against the Dragons could be pivotal to our Top 4 hopes if the Dragons win against the Roosters today (I imagine they will...)

Next week:
We beat eels comfortably (14-16pts)
Souths beat cows by same margin in Sydney
Storm beat dragons in melbourne
Penrith upset warriors at penrith..

That is all very possible, except maybe the warriors loss is most unlikely, but still all possible, if it unfolds that way we will be 4th this time next week!
I'm confident of going to 5th atleast

**Please use spoilers tags for anyone talking about the Dragons game people.**

Now the dragons have lost, the race is WIDE open!!!

Both the Warriors and Cowboys stand in our way now, both teams need 2/3 as you would imagine their points diff would cover ours. Funny enough, the Cows v Warriors might be a game that means Top 4 or not for us! Of course all this provided we win 3/3 before the finals.

**Warriors**
Panthers (A)
Dragons (A)
Cowboys (H)

**Cowboys**
Rabbits (A)
Sharks (H)
Warriors (A)

Warriors to drop the games against Panthers and Dragons.
Cowboys to drop the games against Rabbits and Warriors.

Top 4 baby!
