3\. James Tedesco
4\. Tim Moltzen
5\. Jy Hitcox

Slowest Wests tigers Players
1\. Keith Galloway
2\. Jack Buchanan
3\. Matt Bell
4\. Shaun Spence
5\. Aaron Woods

I can't think of anyone else off the top of my head. EDIT i thought of some others. We have a pretty Mobile Pack so we wouldn't have that many really slow players. What do you guys think?????
 
BMM might be one of the slower ones, but I certainly wouldn't want him running at me once he gets out of first gear.
 
Last season Koro was fastest but he looked like he lost some of his pace this year. Maybe he bulked up too much, who knows.

What is fast?

straight line speed? over 10m? 40m? 100m?
Fastest with ability to change direction?
Fastest to take a hit up into the defence?

The important thing is which players do we have that use their speed in rugby league setting effectively? Guys like Simona have done so perfectly, whilst Lawrence has struggled because his speed is down.

Buchanan's leg speed harms his hit ups, Galloway has a slow play the ball while Blair has a fast play the ball.

Teddy is quick enough to get to the ball on the full of late on a regular basis.

Which players would dramatically increase their game if they were faster? Fulton?

Bmm was actually the 2nd fastest at the club last year over 30 meters.

Oh i didn't know that…... over Simona,Tedesco and Koro???? Wow Benny has 20 kg's on them....

Only looks slow in games like us vs Souths when he's chasing about 5 linebreaks in a half from the other side of the field while being used as a prop since we have no go forward.

BURNED it down the touch line against the panthers in round 2, hasnt seen enough open space since. Injuries….

Mr T would be on the top 5 fastest he would also be on the top 5 strongest.
 
Matt seers was fairly quick over 20-30 m.
Ray cashmere would have to be the biggest slug

Well he ran down everyone last year and this year couldn't run down anyone. Unless everyone else has gotten faster, he's gotten slower. I think that's pretty factual.

BTW, It takes real guts to post without a username as well. You're the best.

can't really think of any this year? he might have only gotten to them as they crossed the line because he was coming from the other side of the field against a fast player like GI or gagai but he hasn't been outpaced in a foot race this season from my memory?

If I recall correctly, Big Ben has been clocked as one of our quickest over 20 metres from a standing start. He's a big lad but he's got some acceleration.
 
Is this just FG? Because I think Kurtis Rowe should be up there towards the top too!! That kid has a fast set of wheels on him that's for sure and I think he would give Simona and Nofo a good run for their money!! :slight_smile:
