Tough Choice : Gibbs or Fulton

I would be happy to be rid of both because of the great front row and 2nd row prospects we have coming through. But to choose 1 I would say get rid of Gibbs. People say that he is a great defensive prop and that he holds out defence together. This may be true but he also has SIGNIFICANT disadvantages of struggling in attacking meters and the fact that he is a penalty machine. He is becoming the tigers Jason Ryles (when he was at dragons).

The million dollar question, "will another club be willing to pay them more than we are paying them" and of course if no other club is willing to up their contracts they will not be going anywhere. I cant think of too many clubs that need a small back rower who runs good lines and is good ball player on his day, maybe Souths but Sutton plays the same role. As for Gibbs, I think most club would like to squeeze him into their top 17 but probably not at his present price. My feeling both will be staying on, through lack of demand based on their current contract value

Is it that the club wants to free up money or the club can see others already at the club improving the team generally..I think both players will struggle to get a start in our 17 next season with whats coming though they both are on the slide with form and injury ..Gibbs probable will be in line for a start each week but in saying that I would not put my house on it, then there pretty expensive reserve graders.
