Tough Times...but there are positives

I know we have a casulaty ward that could almost make a good team on the central coast but there are a few postives.
There are 22 rds to go (not including finals). These young players that are stepping up are adding depth and gaining invaluable lessons for the future. Look at Woods….he has to stay in first grade!!
In 6 weeks time we will have, Ellis, Lote, Lui, Gibbs, Fulton, BMM and more all coing back. Sometimes a lay off is a blessing as you become fitter and strong (many players can not train hard between games due to niggling injuries).
Lets stay postives and win a few games before all the troops start arriving back

Good Luck

P.S with me the cup is always half full ha ha

Yep it's a buggar that we have so many injuries but it could be worse - at least we have some depth this year and it's better to be in this situation now rather than in August or September

Good post Roysta59, I agree…Gibbs is a chance to play this week and Ellis could be back the following week.
The form of woods and fafita is very good and Galloway is starting to hit good form. Things are not so bad in tiger town..

Young forwards are stepping up…..some may have to work hard to get back in. It's our attack that concerns me...no left side attack, Lui gone (also our field kicking game) and Farah (possibly - the general). I'm afraid Benji will think he has to be the miracle maker.

good post mate i was just watching the barefoot rugby league show & john sattler predicts a short career for chris lawrence he reckons he may never play again?? not sure if i agree with that a lot of people thought benji was done and dusted…....chris is one tough hombre......

Gibbs won't play this week!!!!!

Ellis is a long-odds possibility!

Love 'em both - but we are being more than competitive in the forwards!!! Woods V Masoe should be worth the price of admission!!!

Ellis will really help settle left hand side defense if by some miracle he is back this week will be a huge plus . Sheens mentioned there was a slight chance that Gibbs could be back this week

Chris Lawrence is all heart, he will be back…
Hopefully nothing as serious happens again.

Woods VS Masoe should be good as stated,
also round two with Dwyer vs baby face JWH.

Also I think big standout will be young Miller looking to prove himself against his old team and on another note, Murdoch-Masila is a beast - can't wait to see more of him, hopefully this year.
