Tupou is a beast and Staines looked in control.

When was the last time we: lost no players to HIA's; had no players binned; received a fair share of 50/50's; played for 80 minutes; conceded less than 26 points; scored a length of the field try; and most importantly defended at NRL standard?
This kid has played himself onto the bench.. thought he was a standout of the props

Doueihi was really good. He was our best player. He was poor at the start but he came good.
Blore looked good to me as well.
Tupou was our best outside back. You have to give him a spot.

It’s so nice to be going into the season feeling positive. They looked great out there today and more importantly they played like a team. They kept up the intensity. Such a massive improvement on the rubbish that was dished out last year. I am looking forward to seeing them build on this.
Naden and Tommy T in the centres. Nofo and Tupou on the wings..
