That is not "separation of powers" at all. The Supreme Court does not have the power to make law. The Supreme Court is not a court like the other federal or state or lower courts, it is not a court of appeal. It is not the equivalent of the High Court in Australia. The Supreme Court is mandated and defined by the US Constitution and the role of the Supreme Court is to be the arbiter, interpreter and guardian of the Constitution.Sorry you'll have to enlighten me on how Biden is ruling in defiance of the Constitution? The Supreme Court rules on the legality of executive orders all the time. That's the separation of powers writ large.
Specifically in the case I posted, teh Supreme Court ruled that what Biden was doing was unconstitutional and Biden bragged that he was going to do it anyway, thereby bragging that he was ruling in contradiction to the Constitution and ultimate rule of law in his country. the literal definition if a Dictator.
