good solid signing well done

[Masterton]

I'm very happy to have Brailey and Frizzel for one year. I feel like we're a much better team than we were 4 months ago.

[happy_tiger]

Yeah I'm happy with that

Hope he performs to the same level he did in the finals for the Knights

Wonder what we paid

[Telltails]

One year - useful signing.

[innsaneink]

Was only tjinking about him about half an hour ago...was wondering when itd be announced, thought hes maybe still on a break

Hope he goes well!

[Tiger_claws]

Welcome Friz. I was a little worried we would give him multiple years. If this allows us to use Terrell for 50 minutes per game then this is a huge signing. I like Friz, seems like a no nonsense sort of bloke in his prep & I thought he more than held his own in the finals.

[sydneytiger]

great signing one year deal

👏 🐯

[You Know Who]

Good signing. Now we need a prop or two, and we’re getting somewhere.

Tyson is a prop

[You Know Who]

Tyson is a prop

I stand corrected. In that case, a second rower and a prop/lock

[426Tlgerland]

I’m 50/50 on this one
Yes he will play prop rotation I think so that helps
101% gives in all games another good thing , plenty experience and no holding back players by doing 2 or 3 year deals
Will he move from Newcastle or do the 2 hour drive each way every day , this is big one cause that would shit me to tears , traffic jambs , crashes ,,winter you can’t see and when it buckets down it drops a big load of rain , can add 1 or more hours on to the trip , anyway it only took like 3 or 4 years to snag him for 1 year

[jadtiger]

1 year is ok because even if he does reach the heights of his past he will be a valuable tutor for our younger players.

[Tiger_heart]

Has had his share of injuries but hopefully we'll get the full length of contract...

[tig_prmz]

Mann, Brailey and Frizz are more off- field signings than on- field.

AD had a problem with our training standards, apparently so did a lot of other ex- players. These guys have one job- show the Fainus, the Mays, Makasini, Bula etc what it means to be a professional athlete.

The S&C staff at Newcastle have been amazing apparently. Hopefully Frizz has learnt a few things there that helps our staff too.

[tig_prmz]

Also cudos to the football department. They've recognised our shortcomings. Middle players with professionalism. They've gone and signed exactly that. Well done.

Weird to me that Knights couldn't find a spot for him after starting in the Grand Final just a week ago.
