Pretty much. His game fell apart as he tired and Redcliffe fell behind.

I think his main issue is fitness. I am not sure if it's usually the case but he appeared gassed early on and it affected his involvement levels. All Redcliffe's attacking moments either came from him or Lodge.
For a 6 he is a big boy. He was taking hitups and pushing defenders back like a forward. He is a good defender in the line as well and appears capable of putting on a shot. Despite his size he has the speed to accelerate into gaps and appears to have a decent pass on him though his decision making at times is poor.
He kicked a goal from the sideline that was rising as it was going through the posts, got a couple of repeat sets but also shanked an attacking bomb so badly I would say it went about 30 metres over the sideline.
Has a ton of talent but needs a lot of work on his body and mind. He is a very good project player. I would not expect him to play NRL in 2018 in the halves though he could push for the fullback spot if they see him as a fullback. He should be given the NSW cup fullback jersey imo as he looks more like an NRL fullback than a six.

With his build and speed he could play centre as many former halves such as Laurie Daley have done to start their careers.

If a half goes down I think Benji would be first pick.
Next would be Lolohea and some else to fullback .
@ said:It's ridiculous that he's racked up nearly 10 pages of discussion. If he gets any game time next year we will be struggling.

Seems like he played really well all year. Did not see the game but I am sure he had a number of team mates that did not stand up on the day.
He should go ok. Let's not judge someone on a performance that not many on this forum watched.

Christ Col, it was a pun.
Ask Santa for a sense of humour for Christmas this year.

Keep adding to it , we could crack a half ton by Feb.
is there still a 9's comp next year?
@ said:Let's face it, he's a long way off NRL, why bother even talking about him. He looks average at best.
Benji 7
Reynolds 6
Next year
And that's coming from the biggest Benji basher ever, that's how bad I think Brooks is going.
