Unforgivable!

I've just watched possibly the worst 15 minutes a football team has ever produced at the start of a game. The fact that those 15 minutes gifted the Tigers 14 points, and yet they went on to lose the game, just leaves me speechless.

The only consolation comes from the fact that we have a huge injury toll and that it was a road game. However, I will be praying that this balls up does not come back to haunt us when September rolls around.

I think we were all fooled a bit by the start.

Even fatty and the King said we should end up flogging them. Once they started playing footy however, it became blearingly obvious that we weren't even in the hunt.

If they had of started the game running, we could well have been kept to nil.

Not scoring another point just shows how inept our attack really was tonight.

the problem is referees will always even up the ledger when they penalise a team early in a match …..the same offences occured in the second half yet they were let go ... we played the gold coast into form because we had a gutless game plan , as simple as that ......

We did not make one line break tonight.

I don't even recall us having a full set inside the GC's half in the 2nd half (bar the forward pass and dropped ball from Benji).

It was a very average performance from the players on the field and the coach with his selections.

Bench was wrong, Moltzen should never, ever be near fullback again, Latu seems lethargic too…

I can't put my finger on why this performance came about, especially after last week's brilliance. Having said that, our injury toll is still massive (McKinnon, Lawrence, Daniella, Ryan, Tuqiri, Lui, Galloway, Fulton).

We will be held to 0 against the Broncos next week if we play like we did tonight.

At 14-8 Dwyer picks the ball up and scores under the posts,20-8,no ref blows it up.
Yet Benji drops the ball off the scrum and Titans score,12 point turn around on ref mistake.

Dead right about the refs.
The game plan should have worked if they didnt make stupid errors.

yeah, ref's mistake, but we can't control that. Bad calls happen to every team.

BENJI DROPPED THAT BALL. THAT'S what the worst part is, a dumb, dumb, DUMB error caused by nothing other than his head overthinking things when he should have thrown the ball to a forward to gain metres to get a field goal.

WE lost that game, the ref screwed up, granted, but it was still our feed and we messed it up. It's our fault sometimes too.

We can't be up by 14 easy points and then sit back and try and ride out the next 65 mins. We aren't that type of team. What frustrates the @&$" out of me is that too many of our players go missing. Yeah I know we have injuries, but that was really hard work watching no go forward, limited attacking and stupid mistakes…what is the answer???

I cannot understand some of the silly errors. So looking forward to getting some mongrel back in this side, they have it there…just last week.

as soon as the titans scored their first try they really lifted. moltzen should never have let that ball bounce and he shouldnt be fullback. after that try titans ran hard and did everything quickly. we got some crappy ref decisions but still would have won if we didnt make so many mistakes. we should have won that game.

Was that the worst we have played in many years? Sure was. Only thing worse than the Tigers performance was thee refereeing.

The problem started from the kick-off. The Titans just made mistakes that help us fluke 14 points. If you look from the start we really were not playing well at all. I said that out loud after the first couple of minutes and that this was going to be a tough night and it was.
