Utai injury update

So just as Tuqiri is due to return from a broken arm, Utai breaks his…That is harsh.

Watching the last 17 minutes, I have to give massive kudos to Utai for hanging in there and hitting the ball up numerous times with a broken arm. I hope the rest of the side displays courage like that for the rest of the season.

Big respect for Utai, he would have been in a lot of pain out there.

We can't catch a break.

This seasons injuries have been incredibly unfair.

yeah it's been really bad this year, not given a fair chance IMO. I would have loved to see how things would have been this year if we weren't hit this hard with injuries.

thats probably the season for him, unless we can reach the finals

its a shame he was consistently one of our best, including today

I thought he was poor today, his positional play in defence was dreadful.

He had a mixed bag today.

Still terribly unfortunate nonetheless. Hope he has a speedy recovery. Beau knows right wing next week.

Yep. He runs it hard but on the wing if you get caught out it is pretty obvious.

This is terrible news! Every time we get someone back, we lose someone else!! :brick:

Hope Matty has a speedy recovery, very brave effort today!

Gee some of our Forum members are being tough on Matt tonight, he did after all score one of our rare tries and while admitting I didn't watch the game until 6.00pm due to my TV not getting a good signal for WIN TV I thought he had a pretty fair game considering he broke his freakin' arm at some stage.
When Lote hurt his arm he was off in a flash, were's all the toughness gone fella's.

Won't know til tomorrow 100% but His arm isn't broken.

Hope you are right there Tiger99\. It seems that the course of this season was set at the beginning when Tuiaki was told he would never play again. It' s been a downhill slide, injury wise, ever since then. Things can only get better from here, surely.
