What a shock, he's heading back to the NRL.

Did he really think he was going to make the NFL? If he did, he's delusional

can't bag him for trying....

Disappointed he did not stick to it ..you have to be willing to give it 2 or 3 yrs . I watch a lot of NFL and I think he could of given it a real go , can not expect to be a blow in and be taken seriously . One day a young kid will give it a real shot !

As someone who is pretty into the NFL i really dont rate the Jets coach. Id be bailing too. The Jets are doing nothing more than lurking from one wrong decision to another. Its trash

That said im disappointed in him. I thought he had more upside than Hayne

@Snake Absolutely, he came close to the 53 man roster this season so he would have had a real shot if he stuck around. Big gamble for a young bloke to turn down a 1000% pay rise however..

Imagine if a nfl player tried to comr to league.

That would be interesting

Firstly you couldnt pay them enough but most of the Line Backers , Safeties etc would be very dominant.

Guys like Luke Kuechley would be immortals

@TheDaBoss Manfred Moore played a few games for the Jets back in the 70's

Bankrolled by none other than Singo

Serious? Delusional?
Better to never tried & failed than not have a crack at all

Would you say that if Aaron Woods decided to have a crack?
Or would you call him delusional?

That's what I mean by delusional, he thinks he can roll up and learn a game that he didn't grow up playing in a few months and get a spot on a team in one of the most cut throat competitive sports in the world.
Was a million to one!!!

Funny when I offered anyone who thought he'd make it to put their money where their mouth is they all went quiet.
