Vs Bulldogs

i dont usually look too much in the future, but this game will be the most critical game of the year.

by this time, we willl most likely have ellis, cash, sironen, farah and fulton all back. roosters killed us in the forwards with the nu-usala dummying or doing the short passes to big forwards. this is something bulldogs are excellent at, and even though we have improved immensely in the ruck area over the last couple of months , it's still not what it should be. dogs and tigers will both come off their last bye and would want to charge home towards the finals.

SFS will be packed, our home game, there will be plenty of dogs supporter (i, myself will be going there with 10-15 dogs supporters). this game, if both teams play to their potential and we jag the win will make our season.

hopefully no more injuries, no more off field distractions, no more "softness" and more discipline.

hope we make a good run towards the finals.. that round is the stage we have been making record number of wins and hopefully it keeps happening.

Bulldogs seem like the team that is the worst for us to handle, good pack with great offloading and short passing ability + our record against them recently has been poor. Will be a huge game and a perfect warm up for the pointy end of the season. But first we need to convincingly defeat newcastle, they are absolutely dire this year.

it could, but then again maybe it wont. i dont care if bulldogs beat us, i mean yes i do care, but if they can provide, clouds of dust and buckets of blood, then boy i'll be sweet, because they did their best. But if its a capitulating loss, then i see where you are coming from. Its a Sheens coached team - you you never know what you will get. If I had to compare our form to a film then Forrest Gump takes the cake.

I am very confident of a win. We will turn up for this and have a big one. Win by 10\. Bulldogs due a loss and we are due a win. We get ourselves up for the big ones. I am much more confident about this than either the Knights or Rooters.

just wondering.. does anyone know what sheens'/tigers' record is against teams coached by experienced coaches (bellamy, hasler, bennet, brian smith)? i remember john lang last year, where sheens beat a john lang team for the first time in 17 games or something.

as far as i can see, he has a poor record against those^.. if anyone can get the stats.
