Warriors offer Bellamy 2 million a season

This is getting crazy guys and gals . Warriors are in about the same position as us

Accepting for the fact they sacked their coach , we just moved him into another office and gave him a different coloured clip board

Warriors not in the same position. They are either:

a) profitable and can afford Bellamy or
b) not profitable, but have a shareholder with ability to provide funding such that they can afford Bellamy

Sorry Gary meant they were coming off a season like us as massive underperformers , not in a monetary sense

Answer is B. They got a new shareholder in a bloke called Owen Glen and he is a squilionaire on a mission to get Warriors to the top of the comp. And what he usually wants he gets

I thought Kidwell was a done deal 😕

NRL.com has just reported that Kidwell has pulled out

Is it any wonder, especially after hearing what they're offering Bellamy!

It would be interesting to see how Bellamy would go at another club. Would he be able to produce the same type of culture with a different bunch of guys and have them playing a similar no-nonsense brand of football? Even though Bennett won a premiership with St George, he hasn't been as dominant a coach since leaving Brisbane. Hasler, on the other hand, has proven his credentials and versatility, being successful so rapidly from one club to another. I would love to see what Bellyache could do with a different mob, maybe a few myths would be busted?

By the way, I read recently that the Warriors players actually want Tony Iro to coach them - make of that what you will.

I mentioned 6-8 weeks ago that Bellamy would be going to the dragons. I wasn't sure whether it would be 2013 or 2014.

I have heard it from a credible source, so if it doesn't eventuate I would be very surprised!

Imagine what he could do with a side who are physically imposing and are skillful. With Bellamy flogging them and knocking the crap out of their individual games, they could become an unstoppable force.

That being said I would be surprised if he left the Storm. He has put all of his blood sweat and tears into that joint and reaped amazing results. Smith, Slater and Cronk are all still under 30 and they have some exciting young players emerging. Very real chance of a back to backer with them.

Honestly, they aren't a squad at the moment who can play Bellamyball, and when they crash out in week 2 of the finals in 2013 everyone would jump on Bellamy as not being a great coach. If they persisted with him he'd win them a premiership, but not until at least 2015.

Apparently bellamy will knock the job back too, at least that is what channel 7 is reporting this morning.

Not next year, but he hasn't ruled out going there in 2014 apparently.
