Mate i understand where you are coming from but Benji needs time which he was not really given,i believe Morris will help in that regard.Sheens delivered exactly what i expected and feared,a shambles of a season and the fraud has been paid out.This year our halves were a massive issue and next year will probably be the same but at least they are younger and hopefully will develop into what we need

When Woods makes Klemmer look pedestrian, and we have got him for another 3 years and the forwards are considered to be less of a problem than the backs.. we have got a firm grip on the spoon barring some miracle

Our halves were no good this year, however…
Our whole backline sucks. As do some of our forwards.
And Benji can’t coach.

Our coaching staff is extremely inexperienced.

Our back office staff have minimal rugby league experience, including Fulton who has been a junior development guy his whole career.

Our Board do not have the appropriate experience and desire to set the course and make the correct decisions.

Our owners don’t care.

We have no chance to succeed in the foreseeable future because of the above. We have some contracts in place that are going to be bad in the next three years that will bite us. 8th place this year will have 13 wins for the year. That is 9 more wins than us. We are so far away from that. 😔

Yeah…I’m actually getting a bit ticked off at supporters who continually state we are moving in the right direction.
This year has been worse than last year. At least we had a lot of excuses in 22.

I doubt it because TiM is gone,next year will probably be poor also but i am not expecting the wooden spoon.At this stage with our current roster i would be looking at 13/14

But why stop there? We'll be changing our name in the off season to the Beavers, for all the lumber we are expected to collect.

I've been hearing all year how our pack is just fine and Klemmer is elite. Brooks is the only issue and Hastings would have led us to the finals. It's dribble,

We can improve next year though. We have some good young players coming through, we have a new halves combination next season and maybe players like Kit will come on and give our pack some more punch. Maybe we'll get out best backline on the park more regularly and improve a little.

We only went down one spot and the advantage of that is that next year we definitely can't go any further down the ladder.

I am pretty sure even if we had Bellamy, Cleary or Robinson as coach we still would’ve been bottom 3…. We simply don’t have NRL standard players…I don’t see much improvement in that area for 2024…
