You don't see the accountability after 2/3rds of the organization is rolled over for not getting results? Many of the players who were getting games last year were there because we had over 10 first graders out. As a general rule, if we had better players we would be playing them.
Pray tell, what are the "instruments" you would put into place to immediately rectify all of the clubs performance issues?
I too have been disappointed for the last few years, along with almost all tigers fans. If only you could have shared your immediate issue-rectification instruments (I'll call them IIRIs) sooner.
