Well done Tim Moltzen.

I have been extremely critical of moltzen but fair's fair.

He has gotten better every week this year and tonight was one of the best game's i have seen from a full back.

He was just everywhere in defense personally put on multiple try savers and looked the only danger in attack in the team.

I'd need a longer run of consistant good games to be totally convinced but well done Moltzen

If it takes the competition to be on the wing to do what you said he should be out of the team. Fair weather muppet is molten. Should do that every week, scathing but… He had no heart and gets paid hundreds of thousands for it.

He played for himself tonight. No doubt about it

LOL…he was hooked

Hooked? If he was hooked I call that another brain fade from potter tonight. He was far from deserving of being hooked. I'd reckon it was more potter throwing in the towel and giving tedesco some time.

Moltzen rarely gets praise from me, but he had a good game tonight against quality opposition. Far from the downhill skier image I usually have of him. Do I want him in the side at the expense of Tedesco? No… But he will be a suitably able replacement if he knows his job is on the line every time he steps out.

Crazy assertion he was hooked. He played very well; far better than I would ever have expected he could. Probably the Tigers best tonight.

He was pretty good tonight, probably the best game he's played in two years.

Interesting that it comes when Tedesco is in the side? Playing for his spot?

Played well or just didnt play poor?
I think I spotted him once in the first 12-15 mins

The bar has dropped significantly

Made the only line break off a Woods offload.
Made one try saving tackle for sure and couldn't do anything about the others.
Returned the ball well and was safe on defusing kicks in atrocious weather including a bomb under pressure. He played well and better then lots of his teammates.

Moltzen was solid tonight, he played OK. I don't buy that he was hooked, there may be another reason, injury? Maybe Potter wanted to see how teddy went in the fullback role? who know?

Funny how he didn't off load the ball to a winger tonight

But I think I saw more effort from Teddy when he was at fullback

But again Moltzen was one of our best tonight

Bit like how voting for a PM will be like in Sptember Best of the worst

He was hooked because the game was over and he wanted to give Teddy a run at the back - nothing more, nothing less.

Stop reading so much into it.

Full marks to Moltzen under the high ball a lot better than he was last year, certainly not the worst player in the team, not by a long shot.
