Western Suburbs Magpies V Winsor Wolves Rd 26.

is he allowed to play two games in one weekend?

I haven't seen the game on Friday night so I don't know how much game time he got, this could be Super Coach Sheens masterstroke to have Fitzy firing for the semi's in both the NSW Cup and the NRL by giving him plenty of games!. :unamused:

As long as he didn't start in the NRL game or play more than 30 minutes he is elligible.

After a scrappy opening to the second half George Kepa has scored a double after a 40m run to the try line brushing away defenders in his wake, conversion sucessful for the Maggies to lead 32-0!.

I don't mean to discredit tha Magpies here as it sounds like they are having a field day. But it strikes me that Windsor are more geared towards the return semi match next week than working hard on a warm day today.

Good hit out though and may give the pies the confidence boost they need for finals progression

Lance Siataga? a replacement player for the Magpies scores after good lead up work from David Harris, Turner converts for Wests to lead 38-0 to strike a huge psychological blow for next weekends re-match.

But by the sounds of it the Magpies arn't expending too much energy

38 - 4

Windsor finally on the board

It just screams of ducks and drakes. Same as the Melbourne V Dogs game. I think they fancy their chances over us than the Bulldogs in the Week 1 finals

Have just restarted the PC after installing an update, Windsor seem to have scored back to back tries for Wests to still lead 44-16, unconverted try to Zoran Watene after a kick into the in goal.
Windsor bizarrely lose possession from the kick off with 9 minutes remaining.
While writing this there has been a consolation try to Windsor's Ryan Walker, kick to come. 😱pen_mouth:

George Kepa miracuously holds onto the ball in his own in goal and makes it back into the field of play.
Canterbury wraps up the minor premiership with a 66-12 win over Melbourne.
Strange that the Storm NSW Cup side are playing in front of no one at Olympic Park while there is a near capacity crowd watching the NRL game next door.

Fulltime with the Magpies running out 22 point winners 44-22 over next weeks opponents Windsor Wolves.
Listening to Hawkesbury radio they immediately go to interview the losing players!.

Ben Falcone interviewed after the game, normally playing 5/8 he played 1/2 back today and said that the coach's instructions were to get as much ball in his hands and he obeyed the coach with a great display.

Sounds like a good win to Wests. Hopefully they back it up next week and send Windsor packing.

Wests could have went on with it but I think they were saving themselves for next week so they took it easy towards the end. Pritchard also went off after around 60 minutes I think it was. He was limping a little bit but I think he will be ok for next week. We need him in the finals. He was very dangerous again today. How Meaney got selected in first grade against Gold Coast before Pritchard I just don't know.

Pritchard > Meaney

Pritchard Meaney

When someone works out the psyche of the Super Coach!, then we'll know, until then?.

Had to have a laugh at the Radio commentators who were obviously biased towards Windsor, they were saying the Wolves were looking to next week and this was a nothing game, you're only as good as your last game Penrith!.
