Wests Tigers - a history of mediocrity

In any case, the funding is to take the heat off the NSW Government's bungled stadium redevelopment plans ahead of the state election next year.

Claiming it as a result of astute management or governance is laughable.

Peter Beattie is attending tonight's board meeting. Could this issue be discussed there?

He seems to be around a bit for good news stories to the media.
You got my hopes up now.

He will get lost on the way.

He is in Melbourne as we speak , about to meet the Tigers board of the 2017 premiers

He's looking forward to securing the funding for the Hull City F.C. and expects them to be a real NBL premiership force in 2019.

I think they just threw in a bad half of football so many of our supporters could engage in their favourite activity of sticking the boot into the club and labelling it and most of its players mediocre. It was really quite considerate of them. Now they just need to all sack themselves so we can get us some of that green, green grass on the other side…

You also are forgetting that once they are all self sacked the new coach players etc will either win the comp or come top 2 in their first season.

The scary thing is I thought Beattie would be a good appointment , must be having Rum and Scotch induced flashbacks when that thought crossed my mind
