Nothing is ever good enough in this place is it.

that's why I am glad I have never had to work with the general public or in customer service - someone will always have something snarky to say about anything and everything even if it is just to take a contrary position to the majority - a lot of people are very egocentric and self centred these days I find... a bit like the whole "outraged" culture that had blown up online...
