Wests Tigers Future

As with most of the people here I am a long time supporter of the Balmain Tigers, Western Suburbs Magpies and of course the Wests Tigers. During the course of the season I have critised Tim Sheens and the players and most of the time had my comments edited or not published on http://www.weststigers.com.au.
I often asked for the cobwebs to be cleaned out. Here is where I stand;

1/ The buck stops with the CEO. Sorry Stephen but time for you to resign for the good of the club.
2/ The coach has not had the respect of the players, the on field performances is testiment to this. Nor does he seem to be willing to utalise emerging talent like other clubs instead uses aging players who are no longer able to compete at the level needed. So sorry Tim time to go.
3/ The players that I do not believe are capable of performing in a premiership winning team are;
- Lote Tuqiri
- Ray Cashmere
- Tom Humble
- Sean Meaney
- Shaun Spence
4/ The players who need to improve based on their current form or be shown the door are;
- Adam Blair
- Tim Moltzen
- Chris Lawerence
- Pat Patoloni
- Masada losefa
- Joel Reddy
- Tim Somona
5/ The players who we need to stay are;
- Robbie Farah
- Benji Marshall
- Aaron Woods
- Keith Galloway
- Liam Fulton
- Matt Bell
- Marika Koroibete
- Junior Moors
- Ben Mordoch-Marsilla
- Curtis Sironen
- Mat Utai
6/ Players to be ?;
- James Tedesco
- John Grant
7/ Players coming;
- Anasta - five-eight?
- Pettybourne - second row
8/ Overall we need to look for a coach who will get respect and is willing to make hard decisions when players under perform.
9/ CEO more of a financial position for the club and leave the coach to run players.
10/ to finish on a positive note Tod Payten has done a great job with our U20s and needs to be groomed for the top job in the near future.

Cashmere is gone, rumour is Humble is too…
Meany is the captain of our reserve grade team who will be playing in the grand final.
Shaun Spence isn't important, hasn't even played first grade...

Joel Reddy should be on your #3 list...
Lawrence, probably played injured and is good when on song.
Politoni didn't really have a chance
Simona had a few minutes and was decent, expect to see more of him next year.
Masada is decent, average at times and again, depth...
Blair was average, needs to lift - big game player but didn't show anything at all this year.
Moltzen sucks, where does he fit into the team!?

- Matt Bell

- Junior Moors
- Ben Mordoch-Marsilla

Yeah, okay....
Junior Moors is gone.
Robbie Farah is the priority.

6/ Players to be ?;
- James Tedesco
- John Grant

Not sure about Grant, but in my opinion...
Miller, Nofoaluma, Koroibete, Tedesco, Sironen and further down the track Mitchell Moses & Luke Brooks.

- Anasta - five-eight?
- Pettybourne - second row

#13 Anasta - Lock / second row
#Pettybourne - Prop/Second Row rotation.
#Thompson - Second row / Center?
# Jack Buchanan - Prop
# More to come, I hope...

I saw more in his 31 minutes than I did from any other fullback this season we tried

Next best I saw from a fullback was Simona

As much as I dislike him, I wouldnt be knee jerking and punting Humpdy.
He has his good points, is very good financially, our jersey is valuable
We need a lot to change, but we dont need more than is necessary.

Not questioning his ability, questioning whether he will be available for us next year and if at what cost after the injury.

Sad to hear Moors is gone. I really liked his effort on the field.
