@flash said:I have seen Mulcahy play a couple of games for the WT 19's squad, he is a very good attacking player who is quick and elusive. He could have passed a bit more but did score 3-4 tries so at least when he does take the line on is a good chance of scoring. His kicking game isn't bad and while not really paying too much attention to his defence I would have noticed if he wasn't up to scratch. Rudolph and Toia played 19's last night both played OK but were out played by a number of other players, Daniel Rakvin 12 and Leva Li 4 were probably the pick on the night. The game was against the Doggies with WT winning about 9 tries to 3.
Each to their own opinion but in fairness to Toia and Rudolph both played out of recently practiced positions in a team of relatively unfamiliar players and game plans! Toia has been playing 6 and Rudolph 1 and 5 yet last night Rudolph played 6 and Toia 7 (i think). IMO Nofoa Leapai who played hooker last night played well, especially when taking into consideration he's just coming back from a serious ankle injury! He will be one to watch next season when fully fit!
