Love the latest podcast. Absolutely 100%. Bigger, bolder, aggressive, dynamic + stronger, faster (the last two, you know, for on the field).

We need to build the winning culture where anything else is unacceptable. Those players, managers and staff that don’t get it will be better off somewhere else and have no future at the Wests Tigers.

The time for change is now.
