Wests Tigers release ANOTHER jersey

love this jersey, but gee the sponsorship spoils what's a great artistic design. I'd pay double for one without the sponsorship…yes, I get it pays the bills, just saying this is artistic and spoils it.

Might be alone here, but that jersey is hideous. I’m all for an indigenous jersey, but there’s too much going on in it… but I’m no fashion designer so what would I know...

Our indigenous jerseys are our best jerseys. Other than the simple fact that they have all looked fantastic, they come with a story behind them, the first jersey representing two tribes coming together was perfect.

I don't often buy jerseys anymore but I have bought every indigenous jersey and as long as they continue to look good I will continue to do so.

I'm okay with special one-off jerseys, especially if it supports a cause.
We used to do a special one once a year, and that's all cool.

But each week now we are wearing some new **fan-dangled** jersey. Now our actual home-and-away jerseys seem to be our special jerseys!
It's too much.

 pun intended there Kul?!

"fan dangled" is right! here look at this jersey! buy it!

for many years now premier league teams change their strip ever so slightly from year to year because kids wearing last seasons strip arent as cool. thats a dumbed down version, but kids are a huge market in a wide range of business.

having different jerseys offers variety to all supporters to basically choose the one they like most and still be a tigers jersey.
i still think they should change the black to a dark grey, charcoal colour. the black was part of both wests and balmain, so neither side can cite favouritism and i just think it is a more modern colour that has more depth to it.
if you see the new jerseys every year, the black looks like a dark grey in them and they look better than the black imo.

Yeh I know money is important, but gee i admire those clubs who just stick solid to a traditional style jersey. Saints, Souths, even the bloody Roosters. Something about sticking hard with one jersey and having one alternate sends great message to fans, players and everyone alike.

I would love an old school style home and away look. One Orange based with white and black V, the other black based with white and orange V.

Happy to throw in a regular Indigenous Jersey as a one off too, but it should be kept the same year after year like the other too.

Hopefully we one day get into such a good financial position that the club decides to embrace some tradition in our jerseys and stick to them.

100% agree - tradition is important
