The Tigers have been drawn to play the Raiders in Canberra in round 1 of the 2021 at 4pm Sunday afternoon as per the telegraph.

Full draw to be released either tomorrow or Friday.

We haven’t lost a round 1 game since 2014 but Canberra will be a big test, however I don’t think they will go that great next season. If we play our best we can continue the trend and start the season victorious

They’ve lost Bateman now too. Croker has declined, they’ve lost Cotric as well. Decent chance they miss finals I reckon but probably the bottom of the top 8 for them. If Hodgson can stay fit they’ve got a good forward pack and halves which will get them there

Simpkin on debut scores three tries and sets up another three, in his 30 minutes on field. Liddle plays the rest of the match and also has a blinder. In the Storm's first match Harry Grant has a shocker, gives away a penalty try and knocks on 7 times.

The Telegraph runs a front page story bemoaning the Wests Tigers Hooker Crisis, with quotes from Buzz Rothfield and Freddy Fittler slamming the club's poor recruitment, questioning Liddle's haircut, and criticising Simpkin's grammar in his post-match interview.

I would. Adam D (presumably) in the halves instead of an ageing Benji instantly improves the club. Jimmy the Jet gives us speed we lacked last year. Robert Jennings isn't there. A grand final captain and a widely-praised young man mountain added to the forward pack.

I would. Adam D (presumably) in the halves instead of an ageing Benji instantly improves the club. Jimmy the Jet gives us speed we lacked last year. Robert Jennings isn't there. A grand final captain and a widely-praised young man mountain added to the forward pack.

I agree Tamau is a big inclusion for us, if we can land a Curtis Sironen to complement the pack and have say a Garner off the bench we are looking much stronger than last year.
Hopefully we get Laurie but if we dont Mmbye at the back is not the worst thing. They could even play Mmbye in centres and Jimmy the Jet on the wing who knows.
