Towards the end of the season with the red V he was playing some fairly big minutes but just went to another level when he came to us and it looks like he's on a pretty steep upward trajectory this year.

Just hoping he can stay fit and avoid injury.

Towards the end of the season with the red V he was playing some fairly big minutes but just went to another level when he came to us and it looks like he's on a pretty steep upward trajectory this year.

Just hoping he can stay fit and avoid injury.

His talent was clear to see. He was overweight and still doing some amazing things on the field, all he needed was a coach to put some time into him and look what's happened

He will be a breakout star and push for origin selection this year. He'll go down as one of our best signings ever as long as he can fit (fingers crossed)

Luciano lost his form from rounds 15-19 in 2020, whereas Matterson was good for the entire season.

Yeah that was pretty short sighted from me, and looking back on it Matto had more meters run, more versatility, could ball play a fair bit, and had better tackle efficiency than Luch. All in a longer season. Too bad he was a turn coat

I’m glad we got Luch as a replacement though

You have to remember Avo, Madge knows best,he is with these blokes every minute of training and then some....be patient mate ,all will be revealed as time goes on...

What most of you are forgetting is that Madge has a fair bit of talent and experience at his disposal...any coach with and nouse whatsoever knows to mix and match the team with the most promising players to form a stable week to week competative team..
He still has great players sidelined through suspension and injuries...

If the Manly trial is anything to go by Brooks could be our Terry Lamb. What made Baa Baa so good? You could tell nobody insisted he stay on one side of the field.
